Aiyra Public Offer

1. General Provisions

This document is a public offer from IE Petrov Ruslan Borisovich, TIN: 772023670305 (the "Contractor"), addressed to individuals, individual entrepreneurs and legal entities, depending on the available method of purchasing services, and sets out the terms for concluding a services agreement using the Aiyra Service.

This offer contains no fixed prices. The cost and composition of paid features are indicated on the relevant Service page and may be changed by the Contractor. A change in cost does not affect an already-paid period, unless otherwise expressly provided by the terms of the chosen product or by applicable law.

2. Terms

"Service" — the Aiyra digital service, available through the aiyra.ru and aiyra.online web resources.

"User" — a person using the Service.

"Service (paid)" — provision of access to the paid features of the Service in accordance with the product, access period and payment terms chosen by the User.

3. Acceptance of the offer

Acceptance of this offer is deemed to be the User's performance of actions aimed at purchasing a paid service, including selecting the relevant service, confirming agreement with the terms of the offer and making payment, where such a procedure is provided by the Service interface.

From the moment of acceptance of the offer, the agreement is considered concluded on the terms of this offer and the service chosen by the User.

4. Subject of the agreement

The Contractor provides the User with access to the paid Service functionality that has been paid for, during the paid period, on the terms shown to the User when placing the order.

The specific set of features available to the User is determined by the chosen service and may change as part of the Service's development while preserving the essence of the paid service.

5. Cost and payment procedure

The cost of services is determined on the payment page or in the Service interface before payment is made. The Contractor may change the cost of services and the terms of future periods, informing the User in advance in the manner provided by the interface.

Payment is made using the payment instrument available in the Service. Processing of bank card details is carried out directly by the T-Kassa payment system (JSC "T-Bank"). The Contractor does not store bank card details and receives access to payment-status information.

6. Term of service provision

The service is provided during the period paid for by the User. If automatic renewal is provided for the chosen service, the relevant terms are communicated to the User before payment.

7. Refunds

Refunds are made in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Aiyra Payment and Refund Terms, which are part of this offer.

8. Rights and obligations of the parties

The User must provide accurate information, comply with the Terms of Service and use the Service in a lawful manner.

The Contractor may change the functionality of the Service, carry out technical work and temporarily restrict access where necessary to ensure security or operability.

9. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Aiyra Personal Data Processing Policy.

10. Final provisions

The legislation of the Russian Federation applies to the relations between the parties.

The current version of this offer is published on the Service's web resources, indicating the edition date and document version.
