Aiyra Payment and Refund Terms

1. General Provisions

These Terms govern the procedure for paying for the paid services of the Aiyra Service and for refunds.

2. Payment

The cost of a specific service is indicated to the User before payment is made. Rates and prices may be changed by the Operator and are not fixed by this document.

Payment is made using the payment instrument available in the Service. Bank card details are processed directly by the T-Kassa payment system (JSC "T-Bank") and are not stored by the Operator.

After successful payment, the User is granted access to the paid functionality in accordance with the terms of the chosen service.

3. Automatic renewal

If automatic renewal is provided for a specific service, information about this is communicated to the User before payment. The procedure for disabling automatic renewal is indicated in the Service interface or in the relevant instructions.

4. Refunds

Refunds are made in the cases and manner provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation, the terms of the concluded agreement, and the nature of the service actually rendered.

To make a refund request, the User sends a request to structuradigital@yandex.ru, providing the data needed to identify the payment and account.

If a refund is possible, it is made by the same method used for payment, unless another procedure is provided by law or by the technical capabilities of the payment system.

The refund processing time is determined by applicable law, the rules of the payment system and the User's bank.

5. Disputed payments

If an erroneous or unauthorized charge is discovered, the User must contact the Operator as soon as possible at structuradigital@yandex.ru. The Operator reviews the request and, if necessary, interacts with the payment system.
