Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

1. General Provisions

The User, acting freely, of their own will and in their own interest, hereby gives IE Petrov Ruslan Borisovich, TIN: 772023670305 (the "Operator"), consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of using the Aiyra Service.

2. List of personal data

• email address;
• Google authorization data, if the User uses the corresponding sign-in method;
• answers provided during onboarding, including information about field of activity, experience, income goals, time constraints and communication preferences;
• the content of correspondence with Aiyra, daily check-ins and barrier-analysis dialogs;
• task and result data, including information about suggested, completed, skipped or declined tasks and the reasons stated by the User;
• data on recorded deals, including amounts, currency and dates;
• subscription and payment data, including subscription status and payment history;
• Telegram data, including Telegram username/name and technical chat identifier, if the User has voluntarily connected Telegram notifications;
• technical and analytics data on use of the Service.

3. Processing purposes

• providing and personalizing Service functionality;
• generating tasks and personalized dialogs;
• building and displaying the progress dashboard;
• processing payments and managing subscriptions;
• sending service notifications;
• improving Service quality based on aggregated usage statistics;
• ensuring the security and correct operation of the Service.

4. Actions with personal data

Consent is given for the performance of any actions with personal data necessary for the stated purposes, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, extraction, transfer in cases provided by law and by the necessity of providing the Service, anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction.

5. Validity and withdrawal

The consent is valid until the processing purposes are achieved or until it is withdrawn by the User, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The User may withdraw consent by sending a corresponding request to structuradigital@yandex.ru. Withdrawal of consent may result in the impossibility of further use of some or all features of the Service.

6. Processing conditions

The Operator processes personal data in accordance with the Aiyra Personal Data Processing Policy.

Bank card details are not transferred to or stored by the Operator. They are processed directly by the T-Kassa payment system (JSC "T-Bank") as part of processing the payment.
