Aiyra Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the relationship between IE Petrov Ruslan Borisovich, TIN: 772023670305 (the "Operator"), and the user of the Aiyra service (the "User").

The Aiyra service (the "Service") provides the user with digital features for task personalization, conversations with Aiyra, daily check-ins, barrier analysis and progress tracking.

The Service is available through the aiyra.ru and aiyra.online web resources.

By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read these Terms and accept them.

2. Registration and account

Using certain Service features may require creating an account using an email address or Google authorization.

The User must provide accurate information and independently safeguard the data required to access their account.

The User is responsible for actions taken using their account, unless they prove that such actions were taken without their will and for reasons beyond their responsibility.

3. Service functionality

The Service may provide personalized tasks, dialogs, daily check-ins, barrier-analysis tools and progress dashboards. The specific set of features may be changed, supplemented or discontinued by the Operator.

Results, recommendations and materials produced using artificial-intelligence algorithms and technologies are informational and supportive in nature and are not a guarantee of achieving any particular financial, professional or other outcome.

The User makes decisions independently and bears responsibility for their consequences.

4. Rules of use

The User undertakes not to use the Service to violate the legislation of the Russian Federation, not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to data and systems, not to interfere with the operation of the Service, and not to use it in a manner that may harm the Operator, other users or third parties.

5. Intellectual property

Rights to the program code, design, interface elements, trademarks, texts and other materials of the Service belong to the Operator or are used by it on lawful grounds.

The User receives a limited right to use the Service in accordance with its purpose. Transferring, copying, distributing or commercially using Service materials without lawful grounds is not permitted.

6. Suspension and termination of access

The Operator may temporarily restrict or terminate access to the Service if the User violates these Terms, the requirements of the law, or where necessary to ensure the security of the Service.

The User may stop using the Service and request account deletion in the manner provided by the Personal Data Processing Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

The Operator strives to ensure the availability and correct operation of the Service but does not guarantee its uninterrupted operation, the absence of technical errors, or that the Service will meet the User's individual expectations.

The Operator is not liable for decisions made by the User based on materials, recommendations or results obtained through use of the Service.

8. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Aiyra Personal Data Processing Policy, published in its current version on the Service's web resources.

9. Amendments to the Terms

The Operator may amend these Terms. The current version is published on the Service's web resources, indicating the edition date and document version.
